How do I work?

Brief and quote

Send me your presentation outline and guidelines on what you would like to do, and what goal to achieve. Tell me what you already have in materials and what you can provide. If necessary, I will ask for details and we will prepare a quote.

Formalities

If you accept the quote, I will prepare a contract with a precise definition of the scope of work and the time of completion. This way, you can be sure that you will receive the results exactly when it was agreed.

Projects

After completing the formalities - I start designing. I prepare a presentation project for you as soon as possible. I am in constant contact with you to make sure that you will be satisfied with the results of the work.

Project acceptance

I present the prepared graphic design for approval. At this stage, you can see exactly what your presentation will look like. You can familiarize yourself with the key slides and the way of organizing the content of all the types you use.

Implementation

Once the graphic design is approved, I start implementing it. Slide by slide, I prepare your presentation in such a way that everything is legible and presented in an attractive way.

Presentation tests

Once everything is ready, I test the presentation with you, suggesting where to animate something and where to make room for clicking... all to make what you convey as clear as possible for your recipients.

Handing over the presentation

After final acceptance, the work is settled on the basis of a VAT invoice and the presentation is delivered in the formats you need. Together with the presentation, you will receive training on how to edit it in the future to leave good effects.
